Vintage Park Tool BT-2 Fourth Hand cable stretcher brake tool for setting up and adjusting bicycle brake cables.
Tool uses a U-shaped blue-coated steel handle paired with a pivoting silver steel head and small red vinyl-coated lever to clamp and pull brake inner wire during cable installation and service.
Hooked end of the handle engages the brake cable while the opposite head section bears against brake arms or frame stops to provide controlled tension for accurate adjustment.
