Vintage Peugeot City Express steel mountain bike frame and fork for classic rigid men\'s MTB builds.
Approx 19in seat tube center to top, 21in top tube center to center
Fits 26in x 126mm wheel, Cantilever brake
Steel frame uses Tange MTB PG butted seamless tubing with a matching rigid steel fork and 1 inch threaded steerer, designed for cantilever rim brakes front and rear.
Frame is finished in metallic blue with Peugeot lion head tube and seat tube logos, large \"PEUGEOT\" downtube lettering with checkered graphics, and a multicolor red, orange, and yellow top tube panel with \"City Express\" script.
Brazed-on fittings include top tube cable guides, cantilever brake bosses on the fork and seatstays, rack and fender eyelets at the rear dropouts, and cable stops on the downtube and chainstay for geared drivetrains.

Used vintage Peugeot City Express steel mountain bike frame and fork with cosmetic wear from prior use and age. Blue paint shows numerous chips, scratches, and scuffs on the tubes, stays, and fork with scattered surface rust and oxidation, especially along the chainstays, dropouts, and seat cluster. Original decals have wear and flaking. Rear and front dropouts have axle marks, paint loss, and oxidation but remain intact. Seat binder area shows heavy corrosion and the binder bolt hardware is missing. Bottom bracket shell and installed square-taper spindle have grease, dirt, and rust staining. Threaded headset and bottom bracket assemblies are included but untested and should be cleaned, serviced, or replaced before riding. Frame and fork are structurally sound with no dents, cracks, or repairs found.
