Vintage Southwestern Native American Style Sand Painted Art Pottery Table Lamp
This is a beautiful and distinctive vintage Southwestern-style table lamp featuring hand-painted sand art designs on both the pottery lamp base and the matching pottery shade.
The striking artwork features a central sunface motif surrounded by radiating feather-like designs, with additional geometric and radiating patterns in earthy Southwestern colors including black, tan, cream, rust, turquoise, gold, and white.
The lamp has a wonderful textured, dimensional appearance, and the sand-painted artwork extends around the lamp rather than being limited to a single front-facing design. The matching lampshade features the same distinctive artwork and complements the pottery base beautifully.
The lamp has a clay-based/pottery interior, consistent with its art-pottery construction.
