This is The Sylvanian Families Applewood Department Store, released in 2009 by Flair. This set is in very good condition, it has been well looked after by the previous owner and comes with the original box and a leaflet, also in good condition. There are so many little pieces and accessories as seen in the photos however there are pieces missing so I cannot say this is FULLY complete. For the full experience I have combined this set with some of the Vintage Sylvanian Families Figures. All figures are in decent condition, the mother mouse is missing her tail but other than that they are all in decent play-with condition, some wearing original Applewood Department Store clothing and some with clothing from other collections. In the photos you will see:Macavity Cats (X2) with original (Copyright Epoch 1985 China) Sticker on foot of both cats.
Good played with condition.Original Furbanks Squirrel Family Members (Tomy UK Release) X 4Hawthorn White Mice Family and Twin Babies (Flair Release) X 6 Good played with condition.
*Mother is missing her tail.Chocolate Rabbit Grandparents (Epoch 2015 UK release) Original Clothing. Excellent Condition
Grandad in the Captain of Seaside Cruiser outfit.
*Missing head wear. The building can split into 2 pieces, using the steps you can display this with the Café beside the Store rather than on top.
The Applewood Cottage can also go with this set. It can sit on top of both the Store and Café to make a 4 story building. Most of the stickers on the building are in excellent condition. There may be a few signs of wear on some stickers however that is to be expected with Vintage (Played-with) Sylvanian Famillies. One of the Café signs are missing, all the doors a in excellent condition and are fully functional. Some accessories may show signs of wear but in overall good condition. The blue kitchen sink and counter are quite discoloured due to the age and wear but still display beautifully in the Café.
Please study ALL photos carefully for accessories and figures included. ALL figures shown in photos are included. ALL accessories shown in the photos are included. ORIGINAL BOX and A LEAFLET are included.
