Vintage VWR/Pyrex 1000 mL Laboratory Flask with Attached Heating Apparatus
Unusual vintage laboratory/scientific apparatus featuring a VWR/Pyrex 1000 mL glass flask with a ground-glass neck and an attached internal heating assembly.
The apparatus has a heating element that extends into the flask and an external housing/power cord assembly. The colored wires visible around the heating assembly are retaining/support wires used to secure the apparatus in position.
This is an interesting piece of vintage laboratory equipment that would make an excellent addition to a scientific instrument collection, laboratory display, industrial décor collection, photography prop, or educational/scientific display.
The electrical/heating function has NOT been tested. It is being sold AS-IS, UNTESTED. No claim is being made that the heating element or electrical components are functional.
