The frames are black, and I\'m assuming made of nylon, given that\'s what\'s embossed on the frame. There are scuffs/rubs/scratches/etc. on the frame due to normal use/wear.
The outer part of the lenses are silver on top and bottom, separated by black/gray in the middle. The inside of the lenses have a blue coating. The lenses appear to be, in my novice opinion, in good condition. I\'d say they aren\'t perfect, but I\'m not seeing any noticeable scratches.
They came in what I\'m assuming is a soft felt-lined vinyl case. Printed on the case is Tops, AVANT-GARDE OPTICS INC., BY LUXOTTICA
