Nice Vintage Wearever Fountain Pen, Lever Fill, with a Black Body & a Rose-Gold Colored Cap. The pen has an XF Steel Nib that puts down a nice, surprisingly smooth line for an XF nib. A pleasure to write or sketch with.
Writes and fills easily. Probably because of dried ink, the top section seems stuck to the bottom/lever section of the pen's body. It may just need to be soaked to loosen it. Because of this, I haven't been able to open up the pen to check the condition of the ink sac. However, the ink sac appears to be in excellent working condition. I've re-filled and emptied the pen several times and it works great - no leaks or difficulties. Opening up the pen isn't something you'd usually need to do unless you were replacing the ink sac.A nice pen for sketching or writing and for anyone who likes a nice sharp, XF line.
