The Yashica 635 was primarily designed for 120 roll film producing 6 × 6 cm images, while its distinctive design also allowed 35mm film use when equipped with the correct Yashica 35mm conversion kit. The 35mm conversion kit is not included with this camera.

This example features the desirable Yashikor 80mm f/3.5 lens system and Copal-MXV shutter. It retains its classic black textured body, chrome controls, waist-level viewing hood, twin-lens configuration, focusing controls and lens caps.

Also included is the vintage brown Yashica leather ever-ready carrying case, showing considerable authentic age and use.
