Outside has a very good condition. No holes or any heavy use signs. Couple of dark spots as pictured Might just need some leather conditioner.
The inside -insole/linings needs repairs or replacement. Has holes and the bottom completely separated-see the pictures for an idea.
Inside has an old parume smell -probably needs to be addressed as well
Overall well made soft quality leather
