This antique volume is over 100 years old and shows vintage character as follows:
- Cover: Original illustrated boards show typical moderate shelf wear, edge rubbing, corner bumping, and age-related surface smudging. The cover colors remain distinct and display beautifully.
- Spine/Binding: Binding is loose but intact / Spine shows wear on the edges.
- Interior: 1st page was glued incorrectly to end paper and has torn and crinkled. All remaining pages are undamaged, clean with light yellowing with no missing pages or heavy markings. Note: plate 88 (page 175) was cut incorrectly on the bottom right corner (see last photo).
