1940 Safety First - Short's Club Wellsville NY License Plate Topper
Fresh from a Dallas estate comes this license plate topper advertising Short's Club in Wellsville New York. It is is great shape with no dings, original paint and appears to have never been mounted. There are a few nicks on the back and some discoloration. It measures approx. 4 3/4 inches tall and 4 inches wide.
