These are a vintage pair of multi-functional kitchen shears manufactured in Solingen, Germany, by Wüsthof (traditionally marked with their original brand name, Dreizack, meaning "Trident").
These heavy-duty kitchen scissors feature a built-in nutcracker or small jar grip between the handles, a bottle opener integrated into the center ring, and a small bone notch on the upper blade. They are designed to come apart at the center pivot screw for easy cleaning.
They are loose, but they have a nut to tighten them and they have some minor rust, especially where they joined together. I have taken the shears apart and shown you each piece in photograph so please check those carefully. they need some minor reconditioning, but are a wonderful and beautiful pair of scissors
