Very pretty oil painting on board by California artist Paul Grimm. The board is approx 15-1/2\" x 11-1/2\" without the frame. The frame is not included in this sale due to poor condition & lack of any value. It will be sent as added protection for the painting. The painting is in good, vintage, condition with age appropriate wear & weathering including light soiling. I believe it will be even prettier with a professional cleaning.
