-these make the wah fully adjustable for volume matching and full growl. this allows you to tailor the response to any pickups or guitar, bass ,etc.further tuning notes:set controls in this order:1. Bias. start with the marked setting. for more growl and lows, turn CW. for more vintage, thinner wah sound, turn CCW.
2. Vol. - does not alter tone or frequency significantly. use this to match your bypass tone, or give a little wah boost if you prefer.
dipswitches are progressive,
a little deeper is 1 & 3 on, next deep is 1 & 2 on, deepest is 1,2,3 all on.thinner than stock is 2 & 3 on, super thin is # 2 only.the above is good if the growl factor is already where you like it.if you want more or less growl than stock tuning, set the BIAS before changing the dipswitches.set gain AFTER Bias, and VOL last for overall volume setting.
