NOT WYSIWYG - Very Close to What You See
This is NOT WYSIWYG, but the coral you receive will very closely resemble the coral shown in the photos.
Our frags are highly consistent in color, growth pattern, and overall appearance, and in most cases are cut from the same mother colony.
Because every coral grows naturally, small differences in exact shape or branching are normal. We specifically select frags that closely match the listing photos.
After your order is placed and paid for, you are always welcome to request a photo or video of your exact coral before shipment. If something does not look right to you, we can make adjustments before it ships.
Size Reference
Every coral is mounted on a standard 3/4 inch (0.75 inch) frag plug. Use the plug as your size reference when judging the coral from the photos.
Zoas: Minimum 2 polyps or heads unless otherwise stated.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery hour, including AM or before noon. Actual delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

72-Hour DOA Guarantee
Livestock is covered for 72 hours from the carrier-recorded delivery time.
- Carrier delays are still covered. If the carrier runs late, your 72 hours start when the box is actually delivered, not when it was supposed to arrive.
- To open a claim, send us an message within 72 hours with clear photos or video. That message is what starts the claim, so please do not wait.
- When possible, photograph the animal in its original sealed bag or container before opening.
- Approved claims are resolved with replacement livestock or store credit.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Two situations we cannot cover:
- If we warn you about a weather or carrier risk before we ship and you ask us to ship anyway, we cannot cover a loss caused by that risk.
- If the first delivery attempt is missed, the guarantee no longer applies. Please make sure someone can take the box in on delivery day.
A coral becoming detached from its frag plug during shipping is normal and is not considered DOA.
If you believe the package temperature is abnormal, please measure it with a thermometer when possible.

About the Coral Image
Photos are taken under Actinic Radion Mobius lighting using a Canon 90D and EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro lens.
Lighting used: 100% UV, 100% Violet, 100% Royal, 20% Blue.
Coral color can appear different under different aquarium lighting, camera settings, screens, and viewing conditions.
