The Wehrli WCF100420-GB is a Top Outlet Billet Thermostat Housing and Upper Coolant Pipe Kit for 2006–2010 LBZ and LMM 6.6L Duramax trucks. It replaces the factory upper radiator hose that routes across the driver side valve cover and the OEM coolant return pipe with a fabricated aluminum hard-pipe system that exits upward and forward from the thermostat. The result is cleaner coolant routing, improved access to driver-side fuel system components, and critical clearance for larger aftermarket turbochargers — including race cover style and SXE turbos mounted in the valley.

The billet aluminum thermostat housing is CNC machined for precision fit and a premium appearance, and the kit ships complete with the coolant pipe, silicone boots, and T-bolt clamps for a straightforward bolt-on installation. Note: 2006–2007 GMC Sierra trucks are not compatible with this kit — see WCF100424 for dual CP3 or dual alternator applications. Finished in Gloss Black powder coat and made in the USA by Wehrli Custom Fabrication.
