Wen-Mac Texaco North Dakota Tanker: Replacement MASTS

- >>> Note that the original masts are designed to press-fit into the deck holes, which makes them very hard to remove without breaking. These parts are also fragile, so the pegs are made a bit undersize for easier installation.
- They MAY even be loose in the holes, or you can open the holes with a 1/8" drill bit for a loose fit. If they are looser than you like, apply a drop of white glue (like Elmer's) and prop the mast up straight while the glue sets. This can be loosened later with water.
- If your tanker has broken pegs stuck in the holes, it is best to disassemble the tanker, drill out the bosses from below, and tap the old pegs out with a small punch. Instructions are included.
- The two mast sets offer savings over individual parts purchases.
- Old masts can change color over time- getting a complete new set ensures matched tints across your mast set.
