Up for sale is an authentic, original U.S. Military Field Combat Pistol Belt Rig featuring a highly collectible mix of World War I and World War II issue equipment. This period-assembled set includes an excellent U.S. M1916 leather .45 hip holster deeply embossed with a crisp "BOYT -42-" stamp from the Boyt Harness Company, paired with a U.S. M1912 canvas magazine pouch boasting a highly legible "R.H. LONG 8-18" World War I ink stamp. The rig is completed by an empty U.S. M1924 canvas first aid pouch with its iconic black "Lift-the-Dot" fastener and a heavy-duty U.S. M1936 canvas web pistol belt with its original metal hardware. The entire lot is in fantastic vintage surplus condition with minor age-appropriate wear and light patina on the metal, making it an incredible display piece or addition for any militaria collector or historical reenactor
