New and unused. Opened and fully function-tested. All 12 LED spotlights illuminate properly and the inline PWM dimmer was tested through its adjustment range and works properly.

Please note: the original mounting hardware is missing. The 24 small mounting screws (2 per light) and 12 adhesive mounting pads that originally accompanied the kit are NOT included. The lights, wiring, junction box, dimmer and power supply are present.
