If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations. If an item has free or discounted shipping, the full shipping and handling cost, according to SIM Supply Inc. or our current print catalog for the shipping weight of the item, will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Returns:
Returns for products purchased must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.
Please contact customer support in order to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) prior to sending back the product.

**If the return is due to damage, or an incorrect shipment please contact us with photo attached of the product, we will arrange for the items to be picked up, and issue a full refund if we cannot deliver the item(s) correctly, and in good condition.
