Yanmar Yl110 / YL210 Loader Compatible Quick Attach Pin System - Complete Kit For Sale

Quick attached pin system compatible with Yanmar YL110 and YL210 loaders commonly found on SA424 / SA425 / SA324 / SA325 / SA221 / SA223 series tractors.I designed this system in 2021 after being frustrated with getting on and off the tractor every time I switched from the bucket to pallet forks. I found this to be very useful so I have decided to build a few additional kits and offer them on . I manufacture the brackets, pins and the wiring harness specifically for this application. My goal was to create something that would work reliably and require minimal modification to the tractor. This kit only requires that one additional 5/16" hole is drilled on each side of the loader frame.
System Overview:

• 12v linear actuator with limit switch engages and disengages the loader bucker locking pins from a switch mounted on the loader frame. (Operator does not need to leave the seat of the tractor to change loader implements)
• Uses a standard 12v actuator that can easily be replaced if damaged (Actuator specs, 6" Stroke,10" Retracted Length, 16" Extended Length, 10 mm/s speed)
• Wiring harness is fuse protected and pre-wired for both the linear actuator and the switch.
• Quick pin brackets are plasma cut from 3/16 steel and mount directly to the loader from using one existing hole and one additional hole. (Customer must drill additional hole for mounting)
• Pins are machined from solid 1" bar stock.
• All hardware required to mount the brackets and linear actuator are factory hole to mount the bracket onto the loader frame, slide the pin into the locked position to align the bracket and mark the loader frame to drill the second mounting hole.
• Once both brackets have been secured to the loader frame mount the linear actuator to the quick pins.
• Run the wiring along the loader arm, secure with zipties, take special care when mounting the switch as the VHB tape is extremely strong and will be difficult to remove if adjustments are needed. (The wire running to the battery can be run under the radiator, this is very tight but it will fit)
