We provide fast and reliable shipping services for all orders.The standard delivery time is 30 working daysafter your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed.

Please note: Working days exclude weekends and local public holidays of the shipping destination. Minor delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, local logistics peak periods or customs routine inspection, which are beyond our control. We will track your parcel status in real time and inform you of any abnormal situations in time.

2. Shipping Damage Protection & After-sales Solution

Guitars are precision and fragile musical instruments. We adopt professional customized foam packaging, hard carton box and shockproof reinforcement protection for all products before shipment. Every guitar is strictly inspected for appearance, structure and tone before delivery to ensure it is in perfect condition.

In case ofproduct damage, scratch, deformation or missing parts caused by transportationduring transit, please follow the steps below to solve the problem quickly:

1.Please take unboxing videos and clear photos of the damaged package and product within 48 hours after receiving the goods (the complete unboxing record is required);

2.Send the above evidence to our customer service team;

3.We will verify your case within 24 hours. After confirmation of transportation damage, we providethreefree solutions for you:partial refund according to the damage degree, free replacement shipment, or full refund, with no additional charge.

We do not accept damage claims without valid unboxing evidence or claims proposed more than 48 hours after parcel delivery.

3. Product Description & Inspection

All guitars in our store are shot with real objects. We accurately mark the product size, material, color, tone characteristics and accessory configuration on the product page. Due to the natural wood grain of musical instrument materials, hand-made craft differences and different display screens of electronic devices,there may be slight differences in wood grain texture, color shade and detail between the received product and the official photos. Such subtle differences are normal and unique characteristics of musical instruments, will not affect the tone quality, structure and normal use of the guitar, and are not regarded as product quality problems.

All instruments are debugged and tuned by professional workers before shipment. Due to temperature and humidity changes in long-distance transportation, slight string tuning deviation may occur after arrival, which is a normal physical phenomenon of musical instruments and can be adjusted manually.

4. Customs & Import Duty

For orders shipped to the United States, European countries, Singapore and other regions, customers shall be responsible for the local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees stipulated by local customs policies. We will truthfully declare the product value according to international shipping standards and cannot bear any tax costs generated by the destination country.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

•Unused, unopened and undamaged products with original packaging can support return and exchange applicationswithin14daysafter receipt of goods;
