1 YEAR WARRANTY: The 100% limited 1 YEAR warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase from our website or at an authorized 100% dealer or web reseller. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Biker shades or the authorized 100% dealer or web reseller. The product will be repaired, or replaced, if, upon inspection, 100% finds it to be defective in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility. Scratches, scuffs and dents to lenses and frames as well as damaged, loose or lost rubber ear or nose pieces are not covered by warranty. Our foam cushion has been proven to be the best quality, however, worn and used foam padding is not covered. Rubber ear and nose pieces may be replaced for a nominal fee, depending on style.
SCRATCHED LENSES: The limited warranty program does not cover scratched lenses and scratched lenses will not be replaced under 100%’s limited warranty policy.
