Up for offer is a great cookbook titled \"Classic Cajun Cookin\'\", put out by the Cookbook Publishers Inc.From 1996, it\'s a 1st edition printing. It is a thin spiral it is in very good condition but obviously has been used in the kitchen. No missing pages and very clean book.
