They maintained their own highly specific military library inside the armory - this RARE copy of a FIRST EDITION 1888 “A Short History of the War of Succession” is adorned with a bookplate that reads “LIBRARY OF THE COMMANDERY OF THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY ORDER OF THE LOYAL LEGION OF THE UNITED STATES
