Condition: This is a massive volume weighing almost six pounds with 1028 pages. There is rubbing/fraying to top and bottom of spine and board tips. Fading to gilt lettering and design on front board and spine. Small white stain on rear board. Inside there is splitting to paper over front hinge but board is secure. Pages are whole, tight and clean. Foxing is very minimal. There is toning to some of the plates. 8\" x 10 3/4.\"
