PLEASE READ — STATED HONESTLY:
The overall grade is 8, not a 9 or better. The centering graded 9.5 and the surface and corners came in at 8. I would rather set that out plainly than let the words “prime patch” and “numbered to 10” do all the talking.
What is genuinely strong: the autograph is on the card, not on a sticker, it is fully legible, the patch is a real two-colour piece marked PRIME rather than a plain swatch, and ten copies is a genuinely short run for a Hall of Fame running back.

ABOUT CURTIS MARTIN:
Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2012. He rushed for 14,101 yards — fourth on the all-time list when he retired — and did it with a consistency almost no back has matched: ten straight seasons over 1,000 yards to open a career. He won the NFL rushing title in 2004 at the age of 31, the oldest player ever to do so, and made five Pro Bowls across his years in New England and New York.
