Stunning and uncommon Beyer & Bock (Rudolstadt, Germany) Art Deco porcelain hot chocolate service, dating to approximately the 1920sā1930s.
This elegant service features a rich sunshine yellow glaze accented with sculpted white ribbed panels outlined in black, a classic Art Deco design. The coffee/chocolate pot, cups, and saucers are decorated with an ornate white intertwined decorative motif, while the undersides bear the factory RUDOLSTADT crowned \"B\" Made in Germany mark.
The interior rim of the pot is embossed \"Ch K\", believed to identify the form as a Chocolate Kanne (Chocolate Pot), which is consistent with the tall pot and matching demitasse-sized cups.
This is an exceptionally attractive German porcelain service that is rarely found in this color combination.

Seller Notes
This beautiful Art Deco service displays wonderfully and is becoming increasingly difficult to find, very rare set. The vibrant yellow color, sculptural design, and elegant German craftsmanship make it an excellent addition to any Art Deco, antique porcelain, or European ceramics collection.
Decorative Motif: Each cup, saucer, and the pot feature an elegant white intertwined decorative emblem. It appears to read \"B&B\" or may represent an ornate monogram. The exact meaning has not been definitively identified. Because the porcelain is factory-marked Beyer & Bock, Rudolstadt, Germany, it may reference the manufacturer or could be a custom factory-applied decorative monogram. The motif is under the glaze and original to the production of the set.
