This is beautiful! It’s a lovely and delicate study. It is in shabby condition with many imperfection’s, such as staining, creases and some rips/tears.
This is most likely European and was , I’m sure, part of a larger horticultural series. It is unsigned.

This antique pink rose watercolor painting is in very shabby condition. It would probably be considered to be in poor condition…. it’s so gorgeous though! It’s quite old and shows numerous age spots, large and small. There are also some tears in the paper, at the top and at the sides. This being said, this Victorian watercolor painting is stunning. The colors are still somewhat vibrant in areas, and a bit faded in others. This has a patina that just can’t be replicated.
We love roses and this 1800s painting would be beautiful framed and used as wall decor in the boudoir. It would also be quite sweet as nursery decor, in a shabby romantic style nursery. It would also be wonderful in a sunroom or a foyer. It’s perfect for those who love pastel and shabby chic decor.
