The book does not contain a printed publication or copyright date. Based on the publisher’s 407–429 Dearborn Street address, this edition dates to approximately 1901–1906.

Acceptable antique condition with substantial age and storage wear. The covers and spine have discoloration, soiling, spotting, rubbing and fading. Corners and spine ends are bumped, frayed and worn, with heavier wear and separation near the lower spine corner. Pages and endpapers have tanning, foxing, stains and prominent circular moisture or drink-ring marks. The binding has age-related wear but remains together. No dust jacket.
