This is an HMS WARSPITE cover! It sent by Lt. Commander Cuthbert to his wife in September of 1939 in England. It was sent from HMS Warspite, a ship known as: \"The Most Decorated Ship in the Royal Navy, ever.\" The letter inside the envelope is also included!
