Both pieces are exquisitely hand-painted in vibrant polychrome enamels with the highly sought-after\"Chinese Family\" (Mandarin) pattern. The vignettes showcase meticulously detailed Chinoiserie figures holding fans and parasols, alongside beautifully painted butterflies. The rims are bounded by a complex, fluid iron-red and green geometric diaper border.
