It measures 1-1/4". Celluloid surface is highly reflective. Color remains vibrant with minimal fading. Text is perfectly legible. No deep scratches, crazing, or celluloid disease. The metal shell shows a uniform aged patina consistent with a 125 year old piece. No heavy active rust or deep pitting. The pin closure remains straight, sharp, and stable. The woven body of the ribbon remains strong. The silk has not suffered from dry rot, shatter, or heavy horizontal splits.
