Detailed Breakdown🎨 The Artist: Shepard FaireyShepard Fairey rose to prominence from the underground skateboarding scene with his \"Andre the Giant Has a Posse\" sticker campaign, which evolved into the global OBEY Giant movement. Best known for his politically charged graphics and the historic 2008 Barack Obama \"Hope\" poster, Fairey seamlessly bridges the gap between counter-culture street art, fine art, and commercial design. His work is housed in permanent collections worldwide, including the Smithsonian, MoMA, and the Victoria and Albert Museum.🗽 Artwork Content & The Iconic Statue of Liberty DepictionThe imagery boldly reimagines the Statue of Liberty—traditionally a symbol of welcome and enlightenment—re-casting her as an active, modern champion for civil liberties.

• The Megaphone: Replacing her traditional torch with a megaphone, Fairey transforms Lady Liberty into a megaphone for the marginalized, emphasizing that free speech must be actively practiced, spoken aloud, and protected.
• The Pamphlet: Instead of the classic tablet inscribed with the date of the Declaration of Independence, she tightly holds an American flag-patterned pamphlet or voting card, reminding viewers of the literal tools used to maintain a healthy democracy.
• Aesthetic: Executed in Fairey’s signature Soviet-constructivist-meets-pop-art style, using a striking geometric background with a patriotic palette of deep blues, vibrant reds, and cream accents.

💎 Rarity & Investment PotentialWith a strictly limited run of only 400 prints worldwide, this piece is highly coveted by contemporary art investors and political poster collectors alike. Screen prints from Fairey\'s core thematic series on American civil rights have historically shown robust secondary market value on platforms. This particular print is beautifully preserved, hand-signed, and numbered by the artist.Condition & Shipping
