The opening clasp looks like a crown - United Kingdom? Not sure.
The inside is lined with a fine cloth, either satin or silk, with several small compartments.
The outside is ingood condition, note the ding in the front side of the opening area about an inch beyond the clasp.
The clasp works quite nicely.
The hinges work well and inside is very nice.
